Abstract

Bill Stowe is the CEO and General Manager of Des Moines Water Works (DMWW). DMWW is a regional utility that protects public health and promotes economic development by delivering outstanding quality water affordably in reliable quantities. DMWW works closely with business, environmental, consumer and agricultural lead- ers to advocate for better stewardship of water resources and clean water initiatives throughout Central Iowa.
